Data Retention: Once an inquiry has been resolved, the data is retained for a maximum period of 90 days and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

Email Handling: No external email marketing or automation service is used. Email communication is handled exclusively via our hosting and mail provider (1blu).

Data Minimization and Deletion: Data submitted via the contact form is processed solely to respond to inquiries. Users may withdraw their consent at any time. In such cases, the data will be deleted without undue delay, unless legal obligations apply.
